CrossFit SRT is focused on bringing RESULTS. We believe that the most effective way to creating a results driven environment is by developing a community of like minded people who want to better themselves; no matter their current physical condition. We offer an infinitely scalable program suitable for anyone. We don't allow "bad stress" in our facility and foster a welcoming environment. To that end, we offer a free 7 day trial to anyone interested in trying our program.
